We fell in love with the Miniature Pinschers eight years ago. As a breeder of Doberman Pinschers,
we found that many people did not have the room for a large dog. What they wanted was
something smaller but looked like a Doberman. They wanted something that was small, playful, cuddly,
and also a watchdog. We found all of these to be true in a Miniature Pinscher. We invested in
a few well-bred females & males. The rest is history.
Our Miniature Pinschers rule the Dobermans. Our dogs are our family.
Any dog that we acquire lives it life out here.
Our theory is that they are born, raised and buried to rest here.

The Shady Meadows property is a beautiful 23 acres with plenty of trees for shading and lounging.
We also sport a nice pond for our occupants to enjoy in warm weather.
Five acres of our property is fenced for their safety and ours. The remaining 18
acres is used for roaming and hiking with a human companion.

We have a 32' by 52' indoor & outdoor run building for our Minpins & Dobermans.
There are 14 spaces in this building. Each with a 6' x 8' indoor space
and an 8' x 20' outdoor run to each space.
This building is used for the breeding of our
Miniature Pinschers and Dobermans.

We believe in raising a well-bred Miniature Pinscher. We thoroughly check out the
pedigrees of each pup/adult when we purchase a new one for our family. All our dogs
are AKC registered. There are many new clubs/open registries that many
breeders are using. That is because their dogs cannot be registered with the AKC.
AKC has strict standards. All males mustbe DNA tested. There are several reasons why these breeders
cannot obtain AKC registration, and no reason that I have found is a good one.
The realistic scenario that is becoming more and more likely is that you may be dealing with a puppy
mill breeder.

We DO NOT sell to puppy mill breeders or pet stores. My puppies go to good loving homes not little cages.

The adoption process is completed ON SITE ONLY, and we will not ship puppies. It is important to us that prospective owners become familiar with the litter, interact with the pups, and make their choice based on personality match. This also gives prospective owners the opportunity to meet the sire and dam of the litter. .

If at anytime you have any questions, feel free to contact us.
